If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All of our artwork is subject to the following terms:

• You will pre-approve the final artwork
• Once approved, any further change to artwork may incur additional charges
• The artwork will not be shipped until payment is received in full
• The indicative time frames set out on the quote are prepared for my convivence, but these are not guaranteed time frames
• Given the bespoke nature of the work, no refunds can be offered
• If payments of the balance invoice are not received within 14 days, Panda’s Pad reserve the right to resell or scrap my painting
